Therapy Services

Choosing to begin therapy is an act of courage, and often a turning point. Whether you're facing something specific, feeling overwhelmed, or simply sensing that something within you is asking to be seen, I offer a space where you can arrive exactly as you are. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, and honest connection.

I draw on different therapeutic models to meet your unique needs. No two people are the same, and I value working flexibly and creatively, bringing together insight from

psychodynamic, body-based, and relational approaches, always grounded in compassion and presence.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy places your lived experience at the heart of our work. It’s a collaborative, relational approach that doesn’t see you as a set of symptoms, but as a whole, complex, and evolving person. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you in the present, while honouring your past and your hopes for the future.

Wild Therapy

As a recently qualified Wild Therapist, I also offer sessions outdoors, in nature. The natural world can offer a sense of holding, perspective, and connection that is sometimes hard to find within four walls. Whether sitting under a tree or walking beside a river, wild therapy invites a different kind of connection, one that includes the land, the seasons, and the body.

Twin Support Sessions

Being a twin or having a shared birth, is a bond like no other, but it can also come with its own complexities around identity, independence, and connection. As a twin myself, I understand the unspoken layers that often exist in twin relationships. Together we can explore these unique dynamics and your individually, in a space that feels safe, validating, and attuned. This is a space to be fully seen, not just as “the twin,” but as you.

The Ensō (円相, "circular form") is a fundamental symbol in Zen Buddhism, representing enlightenment, the universe, and the beauty of imperfection. It's a hand-drawn circle, usually created in one continuous, uninhibited brushstroke, symbolizing a moment of complete freedom and the "no-mind" state.
